Explace.io provides digital asset exchange services allowing users to exchange supported cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based digital assets.

The platform operates using its own infrastructure as well as third-party liquidity providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, and related service partners in order to process transactions.

Explace.io does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or availability of specific assets, blockchain networks, or exchange pairs.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction;
• you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• your use of the service does not violate applicable law;
• you are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions described in these Terms.

The service is not available to persons, entities, residents, citizens, or users located in, established in, or acting on behalf of jurisdictions or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo restrictions.

Restricted jurisdictions and territories include, but are not limited to:

• United States of America;
• Cuba;
• Iran;
• North Korea;
• Sudan;
• Syria;
• Crimea Region (including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol);
• Donetsk Region;
• Luhansk Region;
• Zaporizhzhia Region;
• Kherson Region.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the service is lawful in their jurisdiction and does not require licensing, authorization, registration, or regulatory approval not held by Explace.io.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a representation or warranty that the service is permitted, appropriate, or legally available in every jurisdiction.

Explace.io reserves the right to modify, expand, or update the list of restricted jurisdictions or territories at any time without prior notice.

Users may not use the service if they are:

• subject to economic or trade sanctions;
• listed on sanctions or restricted-party lists;
• acting on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities;
• located in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.

Explace.io may screen transactions, wallet addresses, counterparties, and related activity against applicable sanctions databases and compliance lists, including but not limited to:

• the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (“SDN List”);
• OFAC Consolidated Non-SDN Sanctions Lists;
• European Union sanctions lists;
• United Nations sanctions lists;
• United Kingdom sanctions lists;
• other applicable international sanctions or restricted-party lists.

Explace.io reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary for sanctions, legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Users may not use the service for:

• money laundering;
• terrorist financing;
• fraud or theft-related activity;
• ransomware-related transactions;
• sanctions evasion;
• knowingly processing stolen digital assets;
• deceptive or fraudulent financial schemes;
• unlawful gambling where prohibited by applicable law;
• any unlawful activity under applicable law.

Users are prohibited from attempting to:

• exploit vulnerabilities of the platform;
• interfere with service operation;
• overload infrastructure;
• bypass security controls;
• reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.

Users are solely responsible for:

• verifying wallet addresses;
• verifying blockchain networks;
• verifying destination details;
• ensuring compatibility of transferred assets.

Explace.io is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• incorrect wallet addresses;
• unsupported or incompatible blockchain networks;
• user mistakes;
• blockchain congestion or delays;
• validator, miner, or network behavior;
• third-party infrastructure failures;
• force majeure events.

Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including volatility, network instability, and irreversible settlement.

Explace.io may utilize third-party:

• liquidity providers;
• blockchain infrastructure providers;
• custodial or settlement partners;
• compliance providers;
• cloud infrastructure providers.

Certain transactions may therefore be subject to independent review, restrictions, delays, or refusal by such third-party providers.

Explace.io does not control independent decisions made by third-party infrastructure providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Explace.io shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of profits or revenue;
• trading or market losses;
• blockchain network failures;
• delays caused by third parties;
• sanctions-related restrictions;
• actions of liquidity providers or counterparties;
• technical interruptions;
• force majeure events.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Explace.io reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary for:

• compliance purposes;
• security reasons;
• operational protection;
• suspected prohibited activity;
• violations of these Terms.

All website content, branding, software, infrastructure, design elements, and related materials associated with Explace.io remain the property of Explace.io or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Explace.io may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

The latest published version shall apply to future use of the service.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
